When it comes to packing for our summer holidays, we quite literally try and stuff every single item we’ve ever bought into our tiny carry on, in the hopes of creating some Insta-worthy poolside looks. Six ʙικιɴιs, 10 dresses and 11 pairs of sandals, isn’t too much right? But when it comes to prepping our holiday wardrobes we should be taking style cues from Dua Lipa, who proves you just need one or two great classic pieces to create the best looks, after she wore a matching black ʙικιɴι in Greece.
Whilst on holiday on the Greek Island of Sifnos with her boyfriend Romain Gavras, Dua wore a classic black halter neck ʙικιɴι top with matching black tie string ʙικιɴι bottoms. Forget heavily patterned sets or complex one pieces with a million cut outs, as Dua proves, sometimes a classic black ʙικιɴι is all you need for a stunning holiday outfit. She completed the look with black sunglᴀsses, large gold hoop earrings and red nail varnish.
Dua shared a number of pictures of herself wearing the classic ʙικιɴι ensemble on her Instagram, captioning the pH๏τos: “sifnossssss🐬”. There’s two pictures of her on a paddle board, and another of her chilling on a boat where she has the ultimate holiday glow.
